About the Role

As our company continues to grow, we are looking to expand our team with

two experienced Flooring & Maintenance Operatives

. This role is ideal for someone with strong skills in flooring installation--

including carpets, vinyl/lino, and laminate

--as well as general maintenance abilities across residential and hospitality settings.

You'll be carrying out a wide range of flooring works in occupied and void properties, with support from our operations team. While the main focus is on flooring, there will also be some involvement in other general maintenance tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Install and repair

carpet

,

vinyl/lino

, and

laminate flooring

to a high standard Prepare subfloors including screeding, levelling, and underlay fitting Carry out minor general maintenance duties such as: Basic plumbing Joinery repairs Painting and decorating Light removals/clearance work if required Communicate professionally with tenants and clients on site Accurately report work progress using our internal systems Travel across the North West

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

flooring installations

(carpet, vinyl, laminate essential) Ability to carry out other light maintenance tasks Strong attention to detail and a tidy working style Full UK driving licence and access tools (company van included) Positive, can-do attitude and good communication skills Flexible and reliable with a proactive approach

Desirable Skills

Experience in residential or hospitality maintenance Skills in tiling, plastering, and basic carpentry a bonus

Schedule & Details

Full-time - 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (Day shifts) Holiday entitlement and pension
