Job Description

Trade qualifications are desirable for this role, but not essential. You will be working remotely with a team to carry out a range of maintenance works within our student accommodation buildings.

Accept, monitor and carry out repairs, where possible correct and / or isolate the problem Liaise with sub-contractors to carry out servicing and repairs Ensure that sub-contractors are prepared for the works with suitable Method Statements and Risk Assessments as necessary. Ensure that sub-contractors provide clear documentation for all works carried out. All documentation is to be scanned and saved on the Riskwise system. Provide administrative assistance with resident files and systems Help to maintain site cleanliness and provide cleaning duties Provide Excellent Customer Service Provide an emergency out of hours call out service Ability to work as part of a team and alone, taking responsibility for supervising the site Responsible to ensure site is secure and a safe environment Ensure all the relevant Health and Safety regime and regulations are complied with. Ensure compliance via the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme using the Online 'Riskwise' programme to update records. Assist and coordinate with new move ins as necessary To maintain site to an excellent standard of cleanliness Provide Excellent Customer Service Work with Management Team Ability to work as part of a team or alone Responsible to ensure site secure and safe environment at all times Ensure all the relevant Health and Safety regime and regulations are complied with. Assist with new move ins as necessary Appreciate and understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough and deliver the best possible service. Due to the nature of the role, it may on occasions be necessary to work unsociable hours, including weekends, especially during the student arrivals and departure periods. To promote and contribute to the Company culture. Any other tasks deemed necessary by a Senior Manager. Produce a high standard of reports, ensuing all the required information is delivered in a timely, accurate and in the required format. Maintain and develop excellent relations with our customers and partner Universities and their representatives

Desirable but not Essential Qualifications:



Trade Qualifications and Training such as electrical safety training etc. Legionella Awareness COSHH IOSH
