This hands-on role requires a multi-skilled individual with experience across a wide range of maintenance disciplines. From routine upkeep to emergency repairs, your work will help ensure our stadium remains in top condition for players, staff, and supporters.
Key Responsibilities
As part of a small, close-knit team, your role will include (but is not limited to):
Performing general maintenance and repair tasks around the stadium
Undertaking carpentry, painting, and electrical work
Installing and maintaining appliances (e.g. washing machines, dishwashers)
Conducting minor plumbing repairs
Handling basic stadium maintenance, including seating, lighting, and fittings
Liaising with and supervising external contractors
Diagnosing issues and identifying effective repair solutions
Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Assisting with emergency callouts and audits
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a general maintenance or multi-trade role
A problem-solver with strong practical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, proactive and adaptable approach to tasks
Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
