Our client is looking for experienced Maintenance Operatives to join their London team to hit the ground running to support them during a busy time. If you can start immediately and have the below experience, apply today!

Job title: Maintenance Operative
Location: Piccadilly Circus
Pay: \xc2\xa313-\xc2\xa314 an hour
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend work may be required in the future - paid at overtime)
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 2-3 months

Our client takes massive pride in ensuring their premises are ready for all visitors, guests and members of the public. You will be working closely with the whole maintenance team to ensure the smooth running of their facilities across their London sites.

Your duties would focus on but may not be limited to:

• General repairs and maintenance

• Basic electrics, changing light fittings, replacing light bulbs, changing fuses etc

• Replacing/fixing doors, toilet seats, hinges, and handles

• Plumbing and leaks

• Painting or decorating, touching up walls or woodwork

• Checking all facilities are fit for purpose, escalating any concerns to maintenance supervisor and manager

• Uphold all Health and Safety requirements, ensuring a safe and productive environment

What we\'re looking for

• Previous experience as a Handyman/Maintenance Operative is essential

• Excellent communication skills required

• Reliability and dedication
