Facilities Management Operative

to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of our occupied sites.


About the Role


As a Facilities Management Operative, you'll be the face of our FM function on site. You'll take pride in your work, liaise with employees and contractors, and ensure that day-to-day operations run efficiently. From managing post and contractor inductions to minor repairs and inspections, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities

Manage internal and external post on site.
Conduct and record contractor and visitor inductions.
Liaise with CBRE teams and contractors to resolve reactive issues.
Carry out site inspections and escalate concerns to the Regional Manager.
Deliver high levels of customer service and escalate building concerns to the client team.
Perform basic cleaning tasks (e.g., topping up consumables, emptying bins).
Carry out minor fabric, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
Assist with fire alarm tests and other reasonable tasks logged via the CAFM system.
