Monday - Friday: 08:00 til 16:30

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Maintenance Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of various facilities across different locations. Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Tasks:

Perform a range of maintenance and repair tasks on various facilities, including but not limited to joinery, plumbing, painting works.
Diagnose and address maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance as required.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Driving:

Hold a full and valid UK driving license.
Travel to different sites as needed for maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in maintenance and repair work. Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, and materials. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-31,000.00 per year
