As a Maintenance Operative at Anelec Group, you will support the team with a variety of tasks, from general labouring to assisting with plumbing, electrical, and renewable energy installations. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and taking on a variety of different responsibilities each day.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general labour support across various departments (plumbing, electrical, renewable energy, etc.) Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, heating systems, and renewable technologies (e.g., air source heat pumps) Assist in the delivery and setup of materials and equipment for projects Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all tasks Maintain a clean and organised work environment Support the team in a variety of roles to ensure timely project completion

Requirements

Previous experience in a labourer or multi-skilled tradesperson role is advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks and manual labour Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or renewable energy systems is advantageous Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transport CSCS Card or equivalent certification is desirable
