SPORTS SURFACE MAINTENANCE & YARD OPERATIVES

ETC Sports Surfaces Limited

is a UK-based company with over 30 years of experience in tennis court construction, artificial sports surfaces, and multi-use game areas.

Due to our continued success and a rapidly growing project portfolio, we are looking for

Sports Surface Maintenance Operatives

to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidates will be:

Committed, professional, and able to work independently. Punctual, clean, and presentable, as you will regularly interact with clients face-to-face. Comfortable with a significant amount of travel. A passion for driving and being on the road is essential for this role.
A

UK driving licence

is required. While certificates such as CSCS cards, PA1/PA6, or prior experience in the industry are beneficial, they are not essential.

Operations include:

Spraying for moss and weeds Jet washing Machinery operations Repairs to sports surfaces Fencing Equipment installations Line marking and painting Transport of machinery and equipment Yard work and assisting the Maintenance & Transport Manager

Training:

Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role.

Key Details:

Working Hours:

Varied depending on location but typically Monday - Friday, with overtime available on weekends. Some overnight stays may be required.

Salary:

26,000 - 30,000 per year (depending on experience).
