Requirements



Duties will include, but are not limited to:



Health & Safety, Fire & Environmental Compliance Checks. Carry out Minor Electrical & Plumbing repairs. Check all rooms and undertake general maintenance. Travel between two care homes and be comfortable working alongside vulnerable residents at each location. Report defects in equipment and the general fabric of the unit to the Home Manager. Take action to assess the management of risk, and to reduce where possible, the impact on residents, visitors, staff, and Company Property. Consistently observe Company Infection Prevention & Control policies, procedures, and best practice guidance in order to maintain high standards of Infection Prevention & Control.
