Job postings Large City Centre hotel requires an experienced Painter and decorator/ Maintenance Man to join our team. Benefits include working inside during Winter months, uniform, tools provide. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Job Purpose:Maintains interior decor by applying finishes, painting, applying wall coverings; installing and maintaining ceiling tiles. Exterior work such as windows, exterior walls are also included in the duties Duties:
Accomplishes assigned work requests by obtaining work requests, tools, and materials.
Prepares layouts and installations by applying finish, paint, and wallcovering;
Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Minor Hotel Maintenance such as tiling, Grouting Toilet repairs and any other duties required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.50-16.00 per hour
