Maintenance Person
Job Description
We require a part timeMaintenance person to provide maintenance support and undertake required safety checks at Redwood House Broughty Ferry Limited.
This is a key role in ensuring that we provide a comfortable and safe environment for those resident in our care homes.
We are seeking applications from individuals who have good basic DIY skills, numeracy and literacy and a full Driving Licence. You should also be able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
It would also be helpful if applicants had some knowledge of Portable Appliance testing and/or Legionella control and had qualifications/ experience in plumbing, electrical work or joinery.
Actual working hours will be discussed at interview and will include weekend working. Hourly rate dependent on experience.
As the job entails working with vulnerable adults the preferred candidate will be subject to a Protection of Vulnerable Groups check.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
