Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to maintain and repair various systems within our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues or areas for improvement. Perform maintenance and repairs on, electrical, and plumbing systems. Utilise schematics to troubleshoot problems effectively and implement solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.

Requirements

Proven knowledge with experience in maintenance roles. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with other departments. Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
