Maintenance Person
Job Description
Maintenance person required to work at Riverside Care Home, part time , 3 to 4 days per week, responsible for the upkeep and repair of home , equipment and grounds. Including inspecting , maintaining and repairing around the home. Responding to maintenance requests and ensuring a safe environment. Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of outdoor spaces including garden and minor repairs. Keeping logs , audits and records of maintenance including tasks performed.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00 per hour
