Maintenance Person
Job Description
Experienced maintenance (Electrical Installations LVL 2 mandatory) person required to work within the Powis Hotels group (3 hotels in Torquay). The hotels have an ongoing refurbishment programme in place, therefore a good all round maintenance person is required. Good communication skills as well as a driving licence are essential. This is a physically demanding role.
Duties to include:
- General maintenance of the hotels
- Decorating
- Undertaking repairs
- Moving and assembling furniture where required
- Carry out aesthetic repairs such as repainting areas within the properties
- Carry out ongoing refurbishment works including bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 17.50 per hour

8 hour shift
