We are on the hunt for an experienced 'Maintenance Scheduler' to come and join our Engineering team on a 12-month fixed term contract... this could be your opportunity to join the sweet life of HARIBO!



Within this role you will report directly into our Head of Engineering and work as part of our wider fantastic Engineering team. To enable HARIBO sugary success, within this role you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment by developing and coordinating preventative maintenance schedules, managing work orders and optimising resources to minimise downtime.

Planning- Developing and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules Planning, prioritising and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to day-to-day activities whilst also working closely with our Operations teams


Resource coordination- Ensuring the availability of tools, spare parts and equipment for all scheduled tasks Collaborating with the Stores team to maintain optimal inventory levels


Data management- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities Identifying improvement opportunities via the analysis of history equipment and failure trends Recommending and implementing process improvements based on data analysis and feedback


Compliance- Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to both company as well as regulatory safety standards Maintaining all required documentation for audits and inspections

Can you supply our essential ingredients?





We are on the hunt for an individual with proven experience working as a Maintenance Scheduler in the food and beverage industry or from a similar manufacturing background. If you also have a background in the Engineering field we would love to hear from you! This could be your opportunity to join the happy world of HARIBO! We are also looking for an individual who has experience of CMMS systems, are you the tech savvy individual we are on the hunt for?



When it comes to the soft skills are you able to demonstrate strong organisation and planning skills with a strong focus on attention to detail? Communication skills are also a must as day-to-day as you will be liaising with a whole host of cross functional teams. We are also looking for an individual with an excellent analytical mindset who can easily identify and address reliability challenges.



To hit the ground running, the successful individual must also possess a strong understanding of our fantastic industry regulations and standards such as HACCP and GMP. We are also looking for someone who shows familiarity around maintenance best practices including both preventative and predictive maintenance.
