to join our Facilities team. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating PPM activities across our contracts to ensure efficient service delivery, compliance and KPI's are achieved.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules in line with statutory requirements and company standards.
Plan and prioritise maintenance activities, coordinating with engineering and supply chain partners.
Ensure all maintenance works are scheduled in the CAFM system, with accurate job details, resources, and timelines.
Analyse maintenance history and asset performance to optimise scheduling and reduce downtime.
Monitor compliance with maintenance schedules, escalating risks or delays to the Operations Manager.
Review completed maintenance job cards, update records, ensure accuracy and meet KPIs for service delivery.
Assist in maintaining PPM Planners by ensuring costings and maintenance resource requirements are accurate.
Requirements
Previous experience in a maintenance planning or scheduling role, ideally within Facilities Management or a similar environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of PPM scheduling, maintenance planning principles. Knowledge of asset management would also be advantageous
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
IT literate with strong working knowledge of MS Office suite and CAFM systems.
Ability to analyse data and maintenance trends to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ability and willingness to adapt and learn in an ever changing environment.
Desirable
Experience in contractor management.
Understanding of statutory compliance requirements in line with SFG20 Principles.
Experience in data-driven maintenance planning, including predictive and condition-based maintenance.

32,000 - 35,000 (depending on experience)
