Job Description
We are always on the look-out for talented individuals to join us at Churchill Integrated Services and in particular at the moment, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join the team.
This is a mobile role completing maintenance and remedial work for clients across our commercial and residential portfolios.
You will be ideally located within the Gloucester / Bristol areas for ease of access to all our clients.
The type of work includes;
Reactive maintenance, PPM's, Installations
Install and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water and drainage systems Assemble and install plumbing systems according to specifications. PPMs - conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or leaks. Maintenance on existing plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance. Weld pipes as necessary for specific installations or repairs. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to complete projects efficiently.
Offered in return;
Starting salary circa 36k for 40hr contract PLUS overtime for anything over. Overtime starts at 5.30pm If you also have your gas, this will be reflected in a higher salary Permanent full time contract Company van + fuel card 28 days holiday inc bank holidays Employer pension contributions
About you;
You will need to be a fully qualified Plumber with plenty of experience maintenance plus installations for our bathroom refit projects.
