Background
R&J have been established since 1968 and specialise in providing a 24-hour multi-trade reactive repairs service for our Housing Association clients, with the emphasis on a personal service and pride in works. We work as a team with our clients to provide an effective and reliable repairs service targeted for the tenant.
An opportunity for an experienced, qualified plumber to join a successful maintenance repair team. A full-time position, working primarily in the central Scotland area on Housing Association contract work dealing with reactive repairs and void house works. Guaranteed over-time is available as part of an on-call rota system and a van will be provided to take home.
Essential requirements
Time served plumber with minimum 5 years experience in repair works
Valid driving license
Desirable
Experience in working with Housing Association stock
Medical adaptation experience
Call out experience
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: 35,000.00-42,000.00 per year
