Experience on maintenance, plumbing and drainage works/systems and repairs.
Addressing minor issues like fixing leaks, repairs, etc.
General handyman Maintenance.
Pre-Planned maintenance works.
Keeping records of maintenance tasks and repairs.
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
Able to work on flexible hours and one Saturday per month on a rota basis.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated to join our team. The right candidate will join our team covering private clients, housing associations, large office developments and other public sector works in Central London.
He will be responsible for the projects assigned to him and be experienced in carrying out general repairs and handyman maintenance. i.e. small carpentry jobs.
The ideal candidate will be required to attend multiple sites across London, working alone or with other team members, as and when required.
The requirements are:
Minimum 10 years of experience.
CSCS card holder preferably
The responsibilities will include:
