With over 60 sites and 700+ employees, Brett Group is known for quality, innovation, and growth. At our Barrow Upon Soar site, we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Shift Engineer (Electrical Bias) to keep our plant and facilities running at their best.



The Role





As a Maintenance Shift Engineer, you'll:


Ensure plant and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Minimise downtime while upholding safety and cleanliness. Deliver engineering solutions and cost-effective repairs. Support production and maintenance teams to exceed targets for performance, quality, and safety. Record all work using the CMM system. Drive continuous improvement and SHE compliance.

About You





We're looking for someone with:


A time-served apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3 qualification (minimum). Proven experience in a similar environment. Strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Experience with TPM/PPM systems and Siemens / Allen Bradley controls. Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Access). A collaborative, team-focused approach.
