About the Role
As a Maintenance Staff Member you will play a crucial part in ensuring our Park remains a safe, attractive and welcoming place for all our guests and residents. Your work will directly impact the enjoyment and satisfaction of everybody who visits Manorbier Country Park.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general Maintenance and repairs across the park grounds, facilities and accommodation units.
Assist with landscaping, gardening and waste management.
Support other teams during busy periods.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
About You
Practical, hands-on approach and strong problem solving skills.
Previous maintenance, groundskeeping or handyman experience is desirable but not essential.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Flexibility to work weekends or holidays.
Positive attitude and pride in your work.
