We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, with expertise in general household maintenance. This role involves ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and facilities, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing repairs, conducting routine inspections, and leading maintenance projects.
Duties
Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers.
Read and interpret schematics for effective problem-solving.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimise disruption.
