Maintenance Supervisor

As our next Maintenance Supervisor/Manager at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Cardiff:

You will support the team to ensure that the hotel is maintained to the agreed highest standards at all times so that all guests and team members benefit from a safe, well-presented and fully operational environment. You will be managing all proactive and reactive maintenance, which includes general repairs, painting and decorating and emergency repairs. This is a hands-on role so having experience in one of more building trades such as plumbing/electrical/carpentry is essential.

We are looking for individuals that are able to work on their own initiative and have an excellent eye for detail when it comes to safety and guest experience.
