Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical
Based in the Scottish Borders, commutable from Eyemouth, Berwick upon Tweed, Coldstream, Galashiels
55,000 - 65,000 + Annual Bonus + Overtime + 8% Pension + 36 Days' Holiday + Company Benefits + Relocation Support and/or Sponsorship Available
Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with leadership experience, ready to take the next step with a global manufacturer that combines heritage, innovation and growth?
In this role you will use both your technical knowledge and your ability to lead a team of engineers. You will play a key part in keeping operations reliable and efficient, while also contributing to the long-term success of the site.

In this role you will manage daily maintenance activities, lead team meetings, allocate jobs and provide hands-on support when required. The focus will be on maintaining high standards of performance, setting clear expectations and driving continuous improvement in a busy manufacturing environment.
This position would suit an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer with supervisory experience who is looking for a rewarding next step, with clear progression opportunities towards Maintenance Manager.
The Role

• Leading and supporting a team of engineers
• Overseeing the smooth running of the maintenance department
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
• 55,000 to 65,000 plus annual bonus, overtime, 8% pension, 36 days holiday, benefits, relocation support and sponsorship if required

• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer
• Background in manufacturing
