The Millennium Hotel Glasgow

is seeking a full time Maintenance Supervisor to join a busy team.

What do we expect from a Maintenance Supervisor?

Providing day to day maintenance and upkeep of the interior and exterior of the building Working closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure bedrooms are maintained to a high standard Assisting with Health & Safety compliance checks and updating the computerised system, as required Working positively with the hotel team, to ensure a prompt response to maintenance issues Providing 'hands-on' support within the maintenance team as well as supervisory tasks, as required

What we are looking for?

Working knowledge of general property maintenance, hotel maintenance experience is advantageous Flexibility to work on a rota basis 5 shifts out of 7, including weekends Knowledge of Health & Safety at Work regulations The ability to work in a team or independently on tasks as required The ability to respond to queries quickly and problem solve effectively IT literate with experience of computerised systems Do you enjoy working as part of a team?*

This is a full time, permanent position, based on 40 hours per week.
