Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on

Maintenance Supervisor

to join our team. This role is focused on the delivery of maintenance tasks and guest service support, helping us to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across guest rooms and hotel facilities. Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and boiler systems. Support preventive maintenance on life safety systems including fire alarms and extinguishers. Perform plumbing, electrical, joinery, and decorating repairs as required. Ensure plant rooms and maintenance areas are safe, tidy, and well maintained. Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times. Respond to guest and team requests quickly and professionally. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth hotel operations.

About You

Previous experience in a maintenance or engineering role within a hotel or similar environment. Practical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general building maintenance. Strong focus on guest service and a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required. Knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
