Responsibilities



Lead and manage the Maintenance team, ensuring proactive and reactive support for all equipment and infrastructure. Manage plant maintenance budgets and deliver annual KPI/process improvement plans. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment and Fire standards. Drive operational effectiveness (zero downtime, improved MTBF, reduced total hours lost). Support Apprenticeship Program, training, succession planning, and diversity initiatives. Implement best practice policies, procedures, and continuous improvement (TIC, IDEA, TWW). Deliver projects within CAPEX budget. Support product/program launches with zero disruption and on budget.

Requirements



Proven leadership experience in maintenance/engineering function. Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, KPI management, and continuous improvement methods. Ability to manage budgets, projects, and drive operational excellence. Good understanding of HSE standards and compliance. Skilled in mentoring, coaching, and developing technical teams. Experience with innovation, modern manufacturing principles, and process improvement. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. * Chemical industry experience is a plus.
