Property Maintenance Supervisor - Self-Employed

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced

Property Maintenance Supervisor

to join our small team on a

self-employed basis

. The role is based at a large, high-occupancy residential rental development in Uxbridge, comprising over 200 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out a wide range of general maintenance and repairs across the property Performing ad hoc and reactive maintenance tasks Painting, decorating, and basic refurbishment works Grounds maintenance and general site upkeep Management and organisation of the bin store area Responding promptly and professionally to tenant and client enquiries Managing the small onsite team in the Maintenance Manager's absence

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in property or building maintenance Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and general handyman tasks Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Polite, presentable, and professional in a tenant-facing environment Trustworthy, punctual, and proactive Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Must provide at least two professional references Must have the right to work in the UK Own tools and transport are an advantage but not essential Must be able to communicate in English both written and verbally Must be self-employed and have a UTR
