We are seeking a Maintenance Person, experienced, responsible, and above all, eager to learn this role, man or woman, to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to deal with various tasks, dealing with electrical systems, various work such as silicone, and any problems that may arise. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance on jobs that are reported on the app. Investigate and repair electrical and hydraulic systems, if necessary. Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks. Security checks. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

Experience

Experience in a maintenance role with electrical and plumbing knowledge. Familiarity with work tools and workshop is essential. Excellent command of English for effective communication with team members and customers. A customer service-oriented mindset, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
