Job Description

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Kent. As the Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing preventative and/or corrective maintenance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Maintenance Technician will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Plan, schedule and perform preventative and/or corrective maintenance including troubleshooting for all manufacturing and facility equipment according to specification and procedures.

2. Participate in analysis and trending of manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities for new and/or existing equipment and processes; supply information and technical data for securing spare parts for new and/or existing equipment

3. Review operation manuals, specification sheets and other documentation for new equipment to gain an understanding of operation and required preventative maintenance.

4. Understand and is aware of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific job.

Role Requirements

1. Relevant qualifications in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

2. Proven industry experience in a regulated environment.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with maintenance is essential.
