Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical biased Maintenance Technician/Fitter to join a great company in the Bridgend area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining tools to enable smooth production. The equipment will include jigs, fixtures or moulds.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for manufacturing, maintenance and testing.
- Identify improvement opportunities
- Provide advice and support on aspects of Tool design and estimating
- Support the production and engineering departments with tooling & technical problems
- Manufacture new tools from technical drawings
- CAD and CNC programming may be required
- Attend various meetings
- Produce written reports
- Preform root cause analysis

39 hours per week - 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 07:30am - 12:30pm, Friday
