Job Summary


This role is responsible for ensuring that CBRE deliver a professional and compliant service to our client.

The role will own and manage planned and reactive work requests at our designated client sites.

The role will work closely with the wider site/account team to provide a consistent best in class service model.

A client facing position acting as the first response to technical resolutions, support and advise. Tasks will range from electrical, mechanical and minor plumbing/fabric works and will be allocated dependant on skill set and competencies. The role is based within a client site in Bristol.

Responsibilities



oEnsure that all technical KPI's and plan are met for planned and reactive activities

oMonitor and maintain BMS and Lighting Control Systems

oCarry out on going condition reporting on assets via the CAFM system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded and updating Life Cycle Asset Management data

oProactively raise corrective maintenance work orders to cover all additional works required on the assets. All WO's to be allocated to the correct asset giving real time maintenance history, and time on tools

oOn closure of PM or RM ensure sufficient information and evidence is provided, including photos, reference to service records etc.

oSupervise third party contractors working on behalf of CBRE. Complete and review any related safety

oEnsure that all local site records are kept up to date and 'audit ready', prioritising statutory tasks

oDemonstrate all CBRE RISE values

oEnsure all activities are delivered in a professional manner, mindful of the overall customer experience

oBe part of a callout rota ensuring that all urgent/emergency situations are responded to in timely manner

oSupport outside of normal working hours requirements or other sites where required

oReport any delays to planned or reactive works back to the Facilities Manager to allow for re scheduling or escalation

oAll safety concerns should be reported using 'unsafe acts/conditions' reporting card or through Harbour

oTo assist any CBRE Project works where there is a cross over with operational delivery

oConsumables/materials should be maintained to avoid any delay in planned and reactive work orders

oEnsure that all professional email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner

oAttend all booked/arranged training and meetings

oEnsure that your required training is up to date to remain compliant

oPro actively obtain quotes for materials, parts or extra works and submit to the FM for approval. Where possible practising better buying.

oMaintain tools in good condition, ensure all are noted on the CBRE tools register and checked and signed off regularly.

oWhere applicable ensure items requiring calibration are in date.

oA smart appearance is plan. Should extra or new uniform be required address this with your manager.

oShould you be permitted to use a company vehicle ensure all processes are followed, including but not limited to regular van checks.

oCBRE provided mobile phones should only be used for work related activities

oWhere required to use radios for fast contact please within the team ensure that you carry your radio as all times.

oWork with the FM and Contract Support to plan ahead all PM and RM works ensuring no fails.

Qualifications



Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical systems. Familiarity with logic controllers and ability to read schematics. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Proven problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
