Maintenance Technician

to join our dynamic team. This is more than just a technical role - it's a chance to be an ambassador for the brand and help elevate the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing



Servicing & Repairs



Work with all thing's coffee! Including grinders, espresso machines commercial and home. Receive full technical training to a high standard Troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently Order and manage repair parts Perform basic admin tasks related to repairs Maintain service-related stock and inventory

Customer Service



Represent Moka Monkeys and Primate Brew with a professional appearance and can-do attitude Arrive at appointments on time and communicate clearly with clients Maintain a high level of written and verbal communication Go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction

Health & Safety Compliance



Follow all relevant health and safety regulations Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Participate in ongoing H&S training sessions

Marketing Support



Act as a brand ambassador Capture and share photos of your work (e.g., machine installations or repairs at client locations) for social media promotion Work collaboratively with the team to grow Moka Monkeys' visibility

What We're Looking For



Essential:



3+ years in a maintenance or mechanical-related role Plumbing and refrigeration maintenance experience desirable Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude Clean UK driving licence Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Flexibility to travel within the Essex area

Desirable:



Previous experience working with coffee machines (not essential - training provided) Experience in customer-facing roles Confidence using admin tools and maintaining stock records
