Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Fire Guard Services Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs, this will include minor repairs, gutter cleaning, building etc Gas safe certificate not necessary but welcomed Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits. Have excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role. Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge. Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting. Good communication skills in English for customer interactions. Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory.
