Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Based within a global manufacturing company, this skilled technical maintenance role will offer the opportunity to work on production machinery within a fast moving, highly automated environment.
For this position, the ideal candidate should have a solid background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering, with a minimum of four years' hands-on experience working with machinery.
In addition, they must have strong technical knowledge and practical experience working with various automated sensors, vision systems, and other advanced electronic / automated components commonly found in modern manufacturing environments.
Key qualifications should include:
Proven experience with production or packaging machinery. Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and troubleshooting capabilities. Hands-on experience with a variety of automated sensors and vision equipment. Working knowledge of advanced electronics and industrial automation systems. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. A collaborative and proactive approach to team-based problem solving.
