As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for carrying out preventive and maintenance repairs for designated hotel equipment, systems, and facilities in order to guarantee that our hotel's operational quality standards are met at all times. A successful candidate would also possess great problem-solving skills and take pride in their work.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Determining whether machinery, equipment and technical installations need to be repaired, as well as completing our systems' and equipment's preventive maintenance.
Maintaining and repairing our plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen and HVAC systems and equipment.
Determining appropriate remedial actions for mechanical and related equipment failures.
Complete pre-preventive maintenance (PPM) and residual circuit device checks (RCD), to an excellent level of quality.
Having the physical capability of performing demanding tasks such as bending over, climbing ladders, crawling into awkward places, standing, or walking for extended periods of time.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and the Projects, Building & Estates Manager in making sure that preventative and maintenance priorities are up to date and executed to a high standard of excellence.
