Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and practically skilled individual to join our Facilities and Neighbourhood Services team. This role requires a proactive and adaptable approach to a broad range of installation, maintenance, and repair tasks to support the upkeep and improvement of the Council's buildings, equipment, and public assets.

This position would suit someone with previous experience in a similar role and confidence in undertaking a wide variety of DIY and practical tasks. A sound understanding of basic repair and maintenance work is required.

This role may require the post holder to work some evenings and/or bank holiday weekends, for which time off in lieu may be taken in accordance with the needs of the Council.
