Job Description

To complete the redecoration of properties to a high standard across a range of different settings, which could include supported housing projects, void/empty properties, and office spaces. The ability to work alongside people who use our services is also essential to this role as people may still be living at their home when decorations are being undertaken.

To complete odd jobs/maintenance work in line with minor repairs across the areas of work for Platfform. This could include the jobs like replacing plaster work, changing lightbulbs, replacing internal doors and the repair/fitting of flooring.

To be able to manage repairs and decorations in line with the budget agreed with the Housing Manager/Finance team.

We work with people experiencing challenges with their mental health, and with communities who want to create a greater sense of wellbeing in the places that they live. Through our projects, we work with thousands of people each year.
