Main Duties:

We are looking for an experienced team member for our Park Maintenance Team on our well established, Residential / Holiday Park.

There is a a wide variety of work, helping to keep our Park one of the best.

The Team is responsible for constructing and carrying out repairs on the Park infrastructure and facilities; siting and moving Homes; connecting services; tree, conservation and grounds maintenance gas bottle delivery and collection;

The Candidate should have a full driving licence; previous experience with groundskeeping and maintenance work; preferably experience in the use of hedge cutters, strimmers, lawnmowers, experience with tractor driving

The candidate must be prepared to follow comprehensive Health and Safety policies, be able to communicate with Park members and maintain confidentiality if necessary.

Reporting to the Development Manager the ideal candidate will have the following:

At least 1 year's experience with groundskeeping and maintenance work and use of small tools.

Clean Driving licence

A keen eye for attention to detail

An enthusiastic, proactive and flexible approach towards tasks

The successful candidate will be expected to:

Complete all works on site as instructed by the Development Manager to the highest standard and within the required timescales.

Ensure all work is carried out in a clean and tidy manner

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: 12.61-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
