Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled

Maintenance Man

to support the smooth operation and maintenance of all our restaurant locations including The Tides, The Newbridge, Urban and 1 at Causeway Street. This role will involve regular travel between sites and will focus on general upkeep, small repairs, installations, and supporting health & safety standards across all venues.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out basic repairs and maintenance (painting, patchwork, minor plumbing/electrical fixes) Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained Conduct regular site checks and respond to reported issues promptly Replace light bulbs, tighten fittings, and maintain basic infrastructure Liaise with managers on urgent repair needs or contractor requirements Assist with seasonal setup changes, event preparations, and minor refurbishments Manage basic tools and inventory, ensuring all equipment is in good working order Adhere to all health and safety regulations across each site

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a similar handyperson or maintenance role Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple locations A practical problem-solver with a can-do attitude Driving licence and access to transport essential Flexibility to respond to occasional emergency call-outs
