About the Role

Maintenance Works Planner

based at our Head Office in

Elderslie

.

Reporting to the PPM Manager, the successful candidate will co-ordinate and plan the attendance & completion of maintenance tasks within the PPM team for all company clients

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining and updating the M&E maintenance team on 'Men at Work' planner for internal resources and sub-contractors in conjunction with our annual maintenance plans.

When required, book line blocks and isolations for all tasks with safety critical staff, ensuring all tasks issued are completed within strict deadlines

Programming all works and ordering materials/plant to complete works

Providing operatives and contractors with all H&S paperwork to ensure we are meeting all required obligations, ensuring that this is completed effectively, and iaising with operatives, to encourage and enable them to complete tasks within allocated times

Update client portals with status changes to jobs

Ensure co-ordination with the PPM administration team, for assisting in the day-to-day site activities

What we are looking for

Essential

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages

Excellent geographical knowledge of the Scotland region

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Strong team working skills, with the ability to tailor approach to different audiences
