Maintenance/caretaker

Job Description

Ramora UK are recruiting for a Maintenance Caretaker to join the team. The Caretaker will ensure the building, grounds and equipment are secure and in good conditions at all times. Some of the responsibilities of the Caretaker will be:

De-weeding the grounds Inspecting the building, including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required Assisting with the upkeep of vehicle fleet Sourcing, booking and supervising contractors for repairs as required Adhering to the company's safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone Preparing facilities Monitoring and assisting with building cleanliness Driving fleet as required
SKILLS

Strong DIY skills and in-depth understanding of maintenance procedures Problem-solving skills for addressing safety and maintenance concerns Strong verbal and written communication skills Organisation, multi-tasking and scheduling skills Research and networking skills for sourcing the best external contractors and any materials needed to complete given tasks or DIY repairs

Prior Military Service Not Required

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
