We are looking for a versatile and proactive

Handy Person

to join our small, close-knit team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and takes pride in maintaining high standards across all duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing general repairs and maintenance which could include minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting jobs. Assisting with property upkeep, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring everything is safe, clean, and presentable. Identifying potential issues before they become major problems and addressing them efficiently. Working collaboratively with other team members to provide support where needed.

About You:

You have practical experience in a range of maintenance and repair tasks. You have good problem-solving skills and can work independently when required. You're a team player with a flexible attitude, willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed. You take pride in your work and aim to complete jobs to a high standard. You have a positive attitude and good communication skills. A full driving license and the ability to operate maintenance equipment is preferred.
