Key Responsibilities

As a Major Account Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our membership relationships. From face-to-face connections to innovative problem-solving, your role will be all about putting our members first. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, working closely with Logistics UK's diverse departments to ensure our members feel supported and valued.

Grow Membership & Revenue:

Drive new memberships, upsell, cross-sell, and secure renewals.

Manage Key Accounts:

Retain and expand a portfolio of members, ensuring long-term relationships.

Identify Opportunities:

Generate leads, support contract transitions, and enhance engagement.

Financial Oversight:

Manage contracts, renewals, and resolve invoice queries efficiently.

Track Performance:

Maintain CRM records, present performance updates, and support marketing initiatives.

Industry Representation:

Attend events, share best practices, and uphold Logistics UK's reputation.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, confident, and target-focused, with a proven ability to achieve results. You will thrive in this role if you have:

Industry Insight:

Experience in transport and logistics (desirable but not essential).

Proven Sales Expertise:

Strong background in B2B sales with pipeline management experience.

Presentation Skills:

Ability to craft and deliver impactful sales pitches.

Relationship Builder:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
