A New and Exciting Opportunity in Sudbury

In October 2025, we launched our first supported living service in Sudbury and built a fantastic, dedicated team. As we continue to grow, we're preparing to welcome a second individual into their own self-contained home towards the end of 2025.

We're now recruiting Support Workers to join a new, compassionate, and consistent team to support this young man ("I") as he transitions to independent living. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new service from the very beginning and help shape a stable, person-centred support team around an amazing individual with great potential for growth.

Shifts & Pay

We're recruiting for both day and waking night roles to provide consistent, high-quality support.

Shift Patterns:

Day Shifts:

8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Waking Nights:

8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Part-Time Options:

Typically 1-3 shifts per week

Please note: Due to the structure and need for consistency in this service, split shifts are not available.

About "I"

"I" is a bright and active young man who thrives on structure and routine. He benefits from calm, consistent support and staff who can recognise triggers early, using proactive and positive behaviour support (PBS) strategies.

He enjoys community activities and values predictability. At times, he may experience anxiety or display behaviours that challenge, including verbal or physical aggression or self-injurious behaviour. Staff should be confident in maintaining clear professional boundaries while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Due to the nature of his support needs, the team is predominantly male; however, applications are welcomed from all genders.

As part of a 2:1 support team, you will:

Build a trusting, consistent relationship with "I" Support daily routines, personal care, and community access Encourage independence and engagement in activities Work collaboratively with PBS Leads and colleagues Maintain structure and consistency across shifts
