Male Team Leader - Night Shifts Only

Are you a passionate and experienced leader looking to make a real difference? We're seeking a Male Team Leader to join our new care home, Merlin House (ECHO) Ltd, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and autism.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support a dedicated team to provide high-quality care. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for both staff and residents. Promote independence, dignity, and meaningful activities for residents. Assist with personal care, daily living, and rehabilitation support. Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
At least one years experience in social care. Compassionate and supportive approach. NVQ in health and social care
