I have my own car, so it is essential that you hold a full UK driver's licence and are happy to drive us around. If you're someone who's up for exploring new places, sharing a few laughs along the way, and bringing positive energy to our time together, I'd love to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:

SVQ Level 3

(or willingness to work towards it)

Full UK Driving Licence (Desirable)

Experience in working with vulnerable adults confidence with care planning Excellent communication, organisation skills Commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and independence
What You'll Do: As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in shaping the quality of care we deliver. You'll:

Daily Living Support:

Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, feeding, mobility support, and light housekeeping.

Medication Support:

Administer prescribed medications and monitor health conditions.

Health and Well-being Monitoring:

Observe and report any changes in the physical or emotional health of service users, ensuring their well-being is maintained.

Emotional Support:

Offer emotional support and companionship.

Promoting Independence:

Encourage and support service users in maintaining or increasing their independence and autonomy in daily activities. This can include participating in social or recreational activities.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Safeguarding:

Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure the safety and protection of vulnerable adults.

Person Centred Care -

Support service users using a person centred approach.

The hours for this service are 24 hours, John is looking for someone who can work x3 12 shifts per week over 7 days.
