We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Male

Support Worker

to join our team.


A

Residential Home

with

6

beds. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, while also requiring you to drive people we support as part of their care and routine.

Shift Pattern:

12-hour day shifts- 8am - 8pm

42 hours weekly Every other weekend included

Requirements:

A

full UK manual driver's license

Held your UK license for

at least 2 years

25 years of age or older

(for insurance purposes) Confident and comfortable driving -

7 seater automatic & 8 seater manual

Passionate about providing high-quality care and promoting independence Friendly, patient, and flexible with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

Supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and day-to-day activities Safely transporting service users to appointments, social activities, and outings Building positive relationships with those you support Maintaining accurate care records
