-Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing care and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature and willing to work every Wednesday from 2200-0800, @ 14GBP per hour

Duties:
- Assist service users with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Provide emotional support and companionship to service users
- Help service users access community resources and participate in social activities
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow care plans and ensure the well-being and safety of service users

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with service users
- Empathetic and patient approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo background checks as per regulatory requirements
