We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in various settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and home care environments. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting residents with daily activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Weekday Night duties & rate e.g. waking/sleep in/shift - the night shift is 8pm - 9am but consists of 7 hours waking and 6 hours sleep in

Support Worker
We are looking to recruit a male support worker to join a friendly established team providing support and ongoing rehabilitation to a young disabled man in his own home and in the community.
The successful candidate will offer:
Experience in care/support work in the community
Experience working in a rehab environment and with therapy staff would be an advantage
Flexible approach to care and availability to work a variety of shifts on a rota basis including night shifts and weekends.
Great communication skills
Positive and friendly personality
